Talin is my dragon's name. He is about seventeen years old and hasn't yet attained a third of his adult size (dragons continue to grow throughout their lives but after reaching a century or so they slow down to several inches a year and are considered full grown) but he is already almost two stories of fire-breathing, talon-slashing, roaring dragon. His scales are the color of fire and his neck spikes(inapproaetliy termed so as they descend in a straight line from the neck to the tail. He has large wings capable of supporting his and several other's weight. He can sustain a flame for nearly an hour. Truly, he is a great dragon... And he is mine.
